Refund & Cancellation Policy

You get a full refund. If we reject your order - because we could not verify the payment, or could not provide the instance you asked for - we refund the entire amount you paid. You do not need to ask.

Full refund. If you have paid but we have not yet sent your credentials, email support@instancehub.in from your registered email address and we will cancel the order and refund it in full.

Once we have sent your instance credentials, the service has been delivered and the order is generally non-refundable, because access cannot be returned.

We will still refund, in full or in part, where:

• the instance was never usable - if the credentials did not work and we could not fix it, we refund in full;
• the instance is unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side - we refund proportionately for the time lost, or extend your term instead if you prefer;
• we made a billing error, such as charging you twice or charging the wrong amount - we refund the difference.

We will not refund where access was suspended because our Terms of Service were breached, or because you changed your mind after using the instance.

Email support@instancehub.in from your registered email address with your order details and what went wrong. Please contact us within 7 days of the problem so we can investigate while logs are still available.

We acknowledge refund requests within 2 working days and decide within 7 working days, during Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST.

Refunds are made through the gateway you paid with - Razorpay for rupees, PayPal for US dollars - to the original payment method. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card, UPI ID, bank account or PayPal account.

Once we approve a refund, we initiate it within 2 working days. Your bank or UPI provider then typically takes 5 to 7 working days to credit it. That final step is controlled by your bank, not by us.

Payments made in US dollars. A dollar payment is refunded in US dollars, through PayPal, back to the account it came from. Two things follow from that, and neither is within our control:

• It usually takes longer than a domestic refund - allow up to 30 days for the money to appear, depending on PayPal and your own bank.
• If your account is held in a currency other than US dollars, the amount that lands back with you may not equal the amount that originally left. Your bank or PayPal converts in both directions using their own exchange rate on the day, and may charge their own fee. We always return the full dollar amount you paid us; we cannot compensate for a movement in the exchange rate between the two dates.

If we ever record a payment that did not come through Razorpay or PayPal - for example a bank transfer arranged directly with us - it cannot be refunded through the site, and we will return it by the same route it arrived. Ask us and we will confirm how and when.

Coupon discounts are not refunded as cash; we refund what you actually paid. A coupon used on a refunded order may be reinstated at our discretion.

Plans do not renew automatically unless you turn on auto-renew for an access on your dashboard. Without it there is no recurring charge to cancel, and when a term ends, access simply stops.

With auto-renew on, you can turn it off on your dashboard at any time before the next charge (we charge one day before the access ends), and no further charges are made. Card and mandate details are held by Razorpay, not by us. A renewal that has already been charged is treated like any other payment under this policy: the sections above on refunds apply to it in the same way.
