Shared, private user or private instance?

All three are the same OIC with VBCS, ATP and FTP. A shared user is the most affordable way to learn. A private user keeps your work to yourself. A private instance is the whole instance, with unlimited users for a team or a training batch.

Which one do you need? →

Why VBCS, ATP and FTP come with it

Integration work is moving data between places, so practising it needs the places too: an FTP server for files to land on, an ATP database for data to end up in, and Visual Builder for a screen in front of it.

Questions people ask

What is Oracle Integration Cloud instance access?

Login details to a live Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) environment that we provide, for a fixed term. You build and run integrations in your browser - there is no cloud account of your own to set up or manage.

Do I need an Oracle licence or my own Oracle account?

No. The environment is ours and you get credentials to it. There is nothing for you to set up or license.

What comes with an OIC plan?

Every OIC plan includes Visual Builder (VBCS), an ATP database and FTP, so you can build integrations that read files, write to a database and put a screen in front of them - not just the middle of the flow.

Shared user, private user or private instance?

A shared OIC user is a login on an instance other customers use too - the most affordable way to learn. A private user is your own user without data sharing, with private ATP and FTP users and OCI access. A private instance is a whole OIC instance with unlimited users and full OCI access, for teams and training batches.

How long does access last, and does it renew automatically?

Each plan is sold for fixed terms, shown with its prices on this page. Nothing renews automatically and there is no recurring charge. When the term ends access stops, unless you choose to renew - and renewing on time keeps the price you paid.

How soon do I get access?

Plans marked Instant delivery are ready the moment payment is confirmed - your login details appear on your dashboard straight away. Other plans are activated by our team, usually within a few working hours during our support hours, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST.
