InstanceHub is a trading name, not a separate legal entity. Your contract is with Kajal Gupta personally.

We provide time-limited access to Oracle Fusion and Oracle Integration Cloud instances for learning, practice, demonstration and testing purposes. What is included, and for how long, is described on the plan you buy.

We are an independent provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with Oracle Corporation. "Oracle", "Fusion" and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what our plans give access to.

• You must give accurate details and keep your contact information current.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
• You must verify your email address before you can buy a plan.
• One person per account. Do not share your login.

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD), and the currency shown when you check out is the currency you are charged in. Every price and discount is calculated by us on our server at checkout. The two prices are set independently - a USD price is not a converted INR price, and we do not apply an exchange rate of our own.
• Not every plan is sold in both currencies. Where a plan has no price in the currency you have selected, it is not offered in that currency.
• All payments are processed by Razorpay. Rupee payments can be made by card, UPI, netbanking or wallet. Dollar payments are completed through PayPal, which Razorpay provides as a payment method - you will be taken to PayPal to authorise it, and you do not need to hold a PayPal balance to use it. We never see or store your card, UPI or PayPal details.
• If your card or account is held in a different currency from the one you are charged in, your bank or PayPal converts the amount using their own exchange rate and may add their own fee. That conversion is between you and them - the amount we charge is the amount shown at checkout, in the currency shown.
• Payment does not automatically grant access. Every order is manually reviewed and approved by us. Until approval, your order is "payment received, verification pending".
• You may be asked to email a payment screenshot from your registered email address so we can match the payment.
• Once approved, credentials are sent to your registered email address only - usually within a few working hours, during Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST.
• We may reject an order if we cannot verify the payment, if details appear fraudulent, or if we cannot provide what was requested. Rejected orders are refunded - see our Refund and Cancellation policy.

Taxes. The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable to us. If we are required to charge Indian tax on an order, it will be shown separately before you pay rather than added afterwards. Any tax, duty, levy or bank charge payable in your own country on this purchase is your responsibility and is not included in our price. If you are buying as a business, you are responsible for any reporting your own tax rules place on you.

Coupons apply only to the plans and durations they are issued for, and may be limited to one use per customer, capped in total, or time limited. We calculate every discount on our server. We may withdraw a coupon at any time, but not after you have validly used it.

You agree not to:

• resell, sublicense or share your access with anyone else;
• use the instances for unlawful activity, or to store unlawful or infringing content;
• attempt to attack, overload, scan or gain unauthorised access to our systems;
• use automated means to scrape the site or create accounts;
• use the instances to process real personal data of third parties or production data.

These are shared practice environments. Breaching this section may result in access being suspended or terminated without refund.

We aim to keep instances available for the whole of your term, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Instances may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of faults at the underlying provider, which are outside our control.

Treat instance data as temporary. Instances may be refreshed or reset, and access ends when your term ends. Keep your own copies of anything you need. We are not responsible for data you leave on an instance.

Access lasts for the period you paid for and does not renew automatically. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; see the Refund and Cancellation policy for what that means for money already paid.

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss arising from your reliance on an instance for exam preparation, client work or production use.

Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated date shown above; they do not change the terms of a plan you have already bought.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Indian courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring a complaint before a consumer forum where you live.
